hOW IT all started

Ideta was created in 2017, after Yanis and Sarah's encounter. They raised about 1M€ with the support of several incubators (Dataïku Nest, Willa, Réseau Entreprendre, Village by CA etc.).

In september 2018, the platform was live, it's the start of Ideta' community!

They understood, after winning a dozen hackathons, that the need for conversational AI and automation (chatbot, callbot, voicebot) would only grow exponentially and was a great way to deliver a better service and support to customers worldwide.
